Refunds

You have 10 calendar days from receipt of the product to exchange or return it.

To do so, please contact us at info@despachodevinosmar7.com indicating the reason for the Exchange or Return. We will reply indicating the procedure for the Exchange or Return.

In the case of a Return, the product must be returned in its original packaging and in perfect condition, accompanied by the purchase invoice. Once we have received the product back, we will refund the amount paid for it.

In the case of an exchange due to a defect in the product. The product must be returned with all its elements and accompanied by the purchase invoice. Once we have received the product back, we will proceed to replace the product at no cost to the customer.
